Wallace Oliveira Dos Santos claims he is going to Chelsea in January

Wallace Oliveira Dos Santos (Getty Images) Reports from Sky Sports on Nov. 29, 2012 have linked Fluminense fullback Wallace Oliveira dos Santos with a move to Chelsea. The defender was previously linked with the club earlier in the month by Goal.com, and since the arrival of Rafael Benitez the link has once again reemerged. Chelsea has a growing contingent of Brazilian players with the likes of David Luiz, Ramires and most recent addition Oscar. The player's comments seem to sound like everything is already agreed for a move once the January transfer window opens: It’s always helpful having Brazilian team-mates playing alongside you, as they normally are settled down, so they can give you some advice and this is important, even regarding language.
