My Thoughts On Arsenal’s Performance Against Chelsea

Pin It Against Southampton we lost our clean sheet and now against Chelsea we lost our unbeaten run all at the Emirates. Am gutted to say the least but must be objective in my assessment of the team. Arsenal conceeded 2 goals from two setpieces. The first in the 20th minute when Torres toe-pocked the ball right from under the noses of Koscielny leaving Mannone helplessly stranded. The second in the 54th minute, yet, from another freekick resulting from an unnecessary foul given away by the Verminator. Mata delivered it and Koscielny while trying to divert it, had the ball hit his knee and fly beyond the diving young Italian. Wenger made a change to Arsenal central defence dropping the giant German in favour of the more athletic Koscielny in a bid to thwart the pace of Mata, Hazard, Oscar and To... Chelsea News
