There's a new Doctor Who tonight and Game of Thrones third season starts tomorrow. So that's exciting. But first, we have to get through this potential trap game.
Southampton starting lineup (4-2-3-1):
Artur Boruc | Luke Shaw, Jos Hooiveld, Maya Yoshida, Nathaniel Clyne | Jack Cork, Morgan Schneiderlin | Jay Rodriguez, Steven Davis, Jason Puncheon | Ricky Lambert
Substitutes from: Kelvin Davis, Jose Fonte, Gaston Ramirez, Daniel Fox, Vegard Forren, James Ward-Prowse, Guly do Prado
Chelsea starting lineup (4-2-3-1):
Petr Cech | Ryan Bertrand, John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic, Cesar Azpilicueta | Frank Lampard, John Obi Mikel | Marko Marin, Oscar, Victor Moses | Fernando Torres
Substitutes from: Ross Turnbull, Ashley Cole, David Luiz, Ramires, Eden Hazard, Yossi Benayoun, Demba Ba
I suppose I should've called this the "Chelsea B" starting lineup. Juan Mata was struck down by fever at the last minute so he did not travel. The Rafalution is clearly prioritizing Monday's FA Cup replay.
For the Saints, Lallana misses out due to a groin problem, while ex-Chelsea boy Jack Cork starts in the middle. Shaw & Clyne at left and right fullbacks will be ones to watch once again, while Lambert vs. Terry & Ivanovic will be a bruiser's battle.
