So, having had a rant past over the disparity of John Terry being charged by the FA, while others' conduct appeared lower than expert, the FA have mentioned they're going to charge Rio Ferdinand with Improper Conduct. I think when I was being picky, I may argue which unlike John Terry – that you absolutely understand has been charged with "using abusive and/or insulting words and/or behavior" and the more allegation which this "included a reference to the cultural origin and/or color and/or race of Ferdinand", despite being found not guilty of the specific charge inside a courtroom of law – the truth which Rio's tweet had racist scam...
