Chelsea vs. Manchester City: Benitez Will Have to Get Used to the Spectre of Di Matteo

This is not to overlook the role the admirably stoic defensive fronts put on by both teams did to cause this stalemate, restricting and frustrating each other's showmen and game-changers. But if anyone was expecting fireworks of the kind usually associated with hyped up games such as this, they did not arrive on this occasion. Not on the pitch at least. Most of the pre-match discussion had been to do with the sacking of Roberto Di Matteo and Rafael Benitez being appointed his replacement, the reaction of the Chelsea supporters to both these even... ~Chelsea News~
