Youngster has displayed excellent form this term and it's no surprise that some of the Premier League's 'Big Boys' are keeping a close eye on the full-back.

Arguably the most solid of Sir Alex Ferguson's central defensive options this term, should perhaps have got the nod in the PFA XI but gets a spot in ours.

Serbian youngster has impressed since arriving at the Etihad Stadium this summer, keeping Joleon Lescott out of the first team.

Rafael Da Silva Manchester United

Right-Back: Rafael (Man United)

Brazilian has been in superb form this term, maturing into a more complete package and making the right-back spot in the Man United starting eleven his own.

Steven Gerrard

Central-Midfield: Steven Gerrard (Liverpool)

Veteran midfielder has shown a real return to form this term becoming one of the Premier League's leading assist makers this term.

Lampard Brentford

Central-Midfield: Frank Lampard (Chelsea)

Since the arrival of Rafa Benitez the England man has shown a real spark, is Chelsea's top Premier League goal-scorer.

Cazorla Reading

Attacking Midfield: Santi Cazorla (Arsenal)

Spaniard has had an eventful first season in the Premier League, scoring a dozen goals and providing seven assists for the Gunners.

Supporting Striker: Michu (Swansea City)

Undoubtedly the bargain buy of the season the £1.9m signing has cracked in 17 Premier League goals and helped his side to a Capital One Cup triumph to boot.

Benteke Liverpool Target

Striker: Christian Benteke (Aston Villa)

Without the Belgian's goals it's safe to say that Paul Lambert's side would've been relegated a long time ago.

Lukaku sunderland

Striker: Romelu Lukaku (West Brom)

Loaned out Chelsea man has been in superb form at the Baggies, netting 14 goals for West Brom.
