Arsene Wenger today celebrated his 16th year in charge at Arsenal Football Club, and he would have relished taking three points away from a game that featured Arsenal’s cross-town rivals. Di Matteo, not even a full year into his job as Chelsea’s Manager, made a bold decision to drop Frank Lampard and opted for a midfield that featured Juan Mata, Eden Hazard, Oscar, Ramires, and Jon Obi Mikel. Wenger decided to test his luck with Abou Diaby and ran a central midfield trio that also featured Santi Cazorla and Mikel Arteta.
