Bayer Leverkusen General Manager Rudi Voller has announced that they would not be selling German youngsters Andre Schurrle and Lars Bender to any club this summer. 21 year old Schurrle has been repeatedly linked with a move to the Stamford Bridge this transfer window as Roberto Di Matteo keeps his search on for back up to Fernando Torres. The Blues had made a formal offer to the Bundesliga club but it was turned down as Chelsea failed to meet Bayer's evaluation of the striker. The dynamic and versatile youngster who can play anywhere in the front line impressed many during his short stint in the Euros 2012 and Chelsea continue to remain hopeful of concluding a last minute deal for Schurrle.
