Frank Lampard and Fernando Torres are amongst a number of player set for a summer exit from Stamford Bridge according to The Daily Mail.

The Stamford Bridge side currently sit in 4th in the Premier League and have suffered a disappointing season.

Fans and management are reported to be unhappy with interim boss Rafa Benitez and he is set to be the first out of the exit door.

That is certain to go down well with the Chelsea faithful but their excitement is likely to be short-lived with the news that fan favourite Frank Lampard remains set for a summer exit.

The club once again denied this week that Lampard would be offered a new contract and it is thought the Chelsea hierarchy consider the player to be too old to justify his high wages.

Less contentious will be the exit of Spanish striker Fernando Torres, who has never settled at the club since his £50 million arrival from Liverpool. Chelsea are reportedly ready to cut their losses on the player and could sanction a sale for as little as £15 million.

The exiled Florent Malouda is also certain to leave while Paulo Ferreira and Yossi Benayoun have been told their contracts will not be renewed.
